Return & Refund Policy
Returns
Customers can return the un-used shoes within 30 days of receive for a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns are subjected to 15% restocking fees. We will issue the partial refund of the initial order less 15% of the original purchase to the payment method that you used when placing the order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer support at sales@taurrauts.com and we are happy to assist you with your request.
Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive the return you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged or defective items, we will ask that you send a video to confirm the issue, then we can authorize a replacement to be sent free of charge.
Cancellation
In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to get the Return Authorization number and we are happy to assist you.
Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us to get the Return Authorization number and we are happy to assist you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
