Shipping Policy
Shipping
We provide free worldwide shipping on all orders. Each order is carefully processed within 1–2 business days before being dispatched from our shipping center. Standard delivery times are typically 6–11 business days, depending on your location.
Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to make modifications, including address changes. For this reason, please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout.
Shipments are dispatched on business days only; we do not ship on Sundays or public holidays. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive this by email once your order has been dispatched to the carrier’s sorting facility. Please note that for some shipping companies, it may take a few days for tracking updates to appear in the system.
If your order was placed more than 12 business days ago and your tracking number still shows no updates, please contact us for assistance.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Taurrauts cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as customs inspections, public holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, or other unforeseen disruptions. These factors may occasionally extend delivery times beyond our standard estimates.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
Taurrauts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your order, please contact your shipping carrier directly to report the issue and/or file a claim.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. As we begin processing orders immediately, we are unable to make changes once an order has been placed. If your order has already entered our shipping department, it cannot be retrieved or updated for an address change.
